Only thing they need to upgrade rooms to have usb ports. There was two on the alarm clock but they didn’t work

We had no maid service unless we asked we emptied our own trash to the hall called for towels. N wasn’t till the last day I got a bar of soap (that body wash is great just not o. Your face)

We arrived with six other members of the wedding party. We had plans to get together all weekend. They were on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of order and I am unable to climb stairs. We met in the pool area and were made to leave at 9:30p. At that point the manager told us we would get a discount on the room for the inconvenience, at check out. We checked out and no discount was given. I understand mechanical things break but it ruined our plans more that a little. Thanks for listening. Mary

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk allowed us to arrive early as we were golfing that afternoon.

lollipop liked the location.
Our shower faucet leaked the entire time. we asked for maintenance to fix and they never could. The water was a constant stream. We also didn’t get any room cleaning until Thursday and we had been there since Sunday so we had been the for 5 days and I had to ask front desk for towels and trash bags as our was full. we should have had the Service twice before we received it once. I was unsatisfied with the price we paid for what we got.

shower didn’t work to well, it was pretty gross behind the bedside table as we had to pull it out a smidge to put both charges in the outlet. hot tub was closed too early(before 9)
