I was very impressed with the rooms, very nice, spacious, and very clean! The topper, I love the additional security, I felt like I was in a safe place!

One dislike… the gentleman asked for an additional $25 deposit after I checked in! If that is your policy it should be added online when booking, that’s the purpose of booking online…not when checking in!!! Just my thoughts!

Best thing about this hotel was the staff. All the staff we met were friendly and pleasant.

We had car trouble so I had my wife taken to the hotel while I stayed with the car. They wouldn't let my wife check in without me being there. Had to call the hotel but they kept putting me on hold. Not happy about that. Also, I had to take a cold shower one morning because there was no hot water. It was fixed later that day. Finally there was a lot of noise in the area around the hotel. Sounded like a garbage truck picking up trash every night when we went to bed. It wasn't a garbage truck but I never did discover the source. It did eventually put you to sleep.

breakfast was amazing, location in perfect. We walked next door to the Applebee's restaurant for dinner, which was an easy walk with 3 kids. Also the zaxbys is in the same parking lot which was nice. Large fridge was awesome and room was really clean.

Some of the bed pillows weren't as comfortable. And the toilet paper was really crappy. There was not enough coffee packets in the room or cups. The ice bucket wasn't very clean. Also not very many channel options on the TV.

TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE. There is NO service. Barry the Assistant Manager was so rude and didn’t want to help. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We liked the kitchen and living area in room.

The hotel staff was rude and not helpful at all. EVERY time I tried to call the hotel, no one would answer. I even tried calling reservations and having them transfer me and the front desk still never answered. After about two and a half hours, I finally got through to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Messaged GM and he never returned to my call. Terrible customer service.

I asked to have the room cleaned during my 3 night stay and it didn’t get done . I had to call to get fresh towels and I didn’t even get a sorry about it not getting done

Rooms weren't ready by 3pm check in time. Fridge had large water puddle on top shelf. One room was on 4th floor and the other on 1st, when we requested they be together. As a Hilton member I was not treated as so

Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast as a whole was good, could have a few more choices. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable, maybe needed to be replaced. Bathroom shower only had one slider door to get in and out and was at the end with the showerhead. Could not reach to put shower items in the back of shower. Had to get into the shower to do this. Had stayed their previously and did not remember this problem. There were soda cans, etc and towels left by the pool, and a broken chair arm. No one cleaned the pool area except for the pool itself.
