The staff was exceptional, especially Heather. Heather and the lady who worked the night shift on Saturday night, July 27th were exceptional. I observed them help several customers with a lot questions, and even more complaints. Each lady handled the customers and the situations with empathy and grace.

The rooms were old, outdated, and stale. The carpet was extremely worn. The room was not cleaned well.

Proximity to convention center can’t be beat. Has EV charging. Was pleasantly surprised because some of the recent reviews have been quite poor but I enjoyed my stay. Decently clean, lots of space, friendly staff, and good continental breakfast.

Could be a little bit cleaner. Not noticeably dirty just didn’t feel that clean. And since it’s on the older side, I could hear the people upstairs walking around. One out of the two EV stations down.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My friends and I stayed here for the new year weekend for a rave and we stayed here because it was right next to the shuttle stop that the festival offered. After the first night, we came back around 4 am and realized all our luggage, wallets and car keys were gone. We had been robbed. We immediately went to the front office and the lady didn’t even seem surprised. We contacted the authorities and afterwards went back to the front office to ask for their manager information and see if we could access their footage. Apparently they have NO SECURITY CAMERAS on campus. Like what?! The lady at the front told me this isn’t the first incident. Then after finishing his report, the cop told us that this has been his 3 rd call to this hotel for the same issue. We decided to check out after the first night and the security that started his shift told us that they have been trying to fight management about adding security since this has been happening a lot. From social media, we found out we weren’t the only ones this happened to that night at this very hotel. Stay far away!

The bathroom sink was not running smoothly

Boring. Not what it could be. The same stuff.

The TV in the living room didn't have a remote. Had to call for help with that. The toilet in the main bedroom wasn't bolted down to the floor. The toilet in the upstairs restroom was clogged up from the beginning of our stay. The sofa bed that my son sleep on had springs popping out of the mattress. And there was stains on the mattress. When my daughter asked for more towels the receptionist was really rude. This place needs to be inspected. Also the spa was closed.

All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us… the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.
