Everyone was friendly and polite I like the coffee station that was ready 24/7 Perfect for people on the go . Room was nice and clean and quiet enough to sleep , plenty of parking.

I liked the spaciousness of the room, it was worth the money. I liked how there was a fridge and coffee maker + microwave. I like how there is dove brand soaps in the shower.

I didn’t like how we can hear every little noise. We could hear the footsteps of the people above us. Doors slamming in the hallway, people talking in the hallway, and the people next doors conversation. I also didn’t like the very little amount of channels that were available nor how confusing it is to work the air conditioning system.

The location was close to the airport, which is convenient.

The whole property, and especially the room, were joyless, bordering on depressing. We booked a large suite with a pull-out bed - it was very spacious, but extremely dark, frugally furnished, with crooked mismatched light fixtures and a bathroom door that opens outwards (a hazard, I’d say). The sitting area with a sofa has no windows, the bedroom windows crack open by 3” max. All room keys stopped working every morning, so we’d have to run to the front desk to reissue them. Overall it would be tolerable for an overnight stay, but we made a mistake of staying 3 nights…

What I didn't like about the room it was the air conditioning it made a loud noise, I couldn't sleep I was actually thinking of asking for a refund, it was that bad.
