Excellent breakfast. Great location. Great staff!!!!!

The rooms were comfortable, I don't care to pay a parking fee when I have spent over $1400 for rooms. The breakfast could have had more options, overall breakfast could have been better.

Location
Made two reservations paid in full , asked if could combine them so we didn’t have to take luggage , said it wasn’t possible , cam back next night to the same room. Also told them fridge didn’t work , still was not fixed . Didn’t charge for parking the night before , the next night was charged to park . Staff not helpful

Noisy heater/ AC unit very hard to sleep got in late to tired to get up say anything. Sheets very thin felt like they needed to be replaced paper thin feeling

Very nice place. Quiet. Clean. Both the pool and hot tub were relaxing. Even the free breakfast was terrific.
Only negative thing I could even possibly come up with was quite a few families staying there and unfortunately you could hear kids running down the halls from time to time. Very minor.

The front desk receptionist was rude, unfriendly. She stared at us when we came to the desk, without any greeting or asking what she could do for us. We had to tell her we were there to check in. She told us the least amount of information necessary. There were no others in line for service.

Bad breakfast facility. Not notified about not cleaning room daily so returned at night to a pile of wet towels on bathroom floor and unmade bed.

Liked the location the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.
It didn't meet expectations for the price i wasn't impressed there was remodeling being done that should be discloded in my opinion and the breakfast wasn't really that great the staff was nice.

This hotel is under a major renovation and the pool is closed if we would of known we won’t stay here. The ac unit keep the room so warm we changed it many times to cool it down but it keeps going back so we couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The TV in the room is facing the wall so you can’t watch it directly from the bedroom or living room. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The let us check-in early...much thanks.
Room was smelly and the heat/air controls were confusing...there were two sets. Plus we were told that breakfast was only available between 6:30 and 7:00 AM ... that is a very small and early window.

Beautiful, friendly helpful staff and great price! we accidentally left my granddaughter’s Christmas gift there which housekeeping turned in and we were able to pick it up the next day! we will be back!
