Room was very spacious and comfortable. The room and entire facility was very clean. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. Like the fact that the parking area is behind locked gates. Very nice breakfast, better than average. Complimentary drinks in the bar were a nice touch.

unruly teens staying in hotel for a tournament. they didn’t listen to my spouse, the security, not even their own coach. it was very frustrating

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Sauna was nice but too loud and crowded until 8pm or so. After that I got to enjoy a bit of time in the dry sauna. Thanks!

Our first night we were given a room next to the boiler room. It was loud. I don't think anyone should be given that room. Better used as storage. We couldn't sleep well and were there for a chess tournament the following day. We were easily given another room which was quieter, but situated directly across from an elevator door. This was also noisy, not bad like the boiler room, but after having been switched for noise, I'd expect a quieter/less traffic area. Also, cleaning carts in hallways were filled with perfumey smelling cleaning products (typically laden with endocrine disrupting chemicals) so much so that I couldn't breathe walking next to them. For the health of guests and employees, I'd suggest this business learn about clean and healthy cleaning products.
