A party of other guests was allowed to gather outside and inside until nearly midnight. Kids in that group were allowed to run in and out, slamming doors, screaming and yelling. Unfortunately, we were in a closet-sized room right next to the door and stairs being used by the large party and their kids. We brought it to the attention of the desk personnel at about 9:30. he did nothing. We were awakened twice. We had to speak to the front desk again and threaten to call the police, before the party was broken up and kids (teens and younger) finally stopped

The room was clean and comfortable and great location from the interstate.

The fee that a third party charged, when I thought I was making it directly with the hotel.

Good Location.

Bathroom toilet bowl was dirty, looked like it had not be cleaned in a couple of weeks. The breakfast was not what it said on the internet, it was only so, so. It also starts to early (6:30) and ends at (8:30) at exactly 8:25 they started taking the remainder of the food away.

Clean rooms excellent customer service

Comforter was to thin

It was good considering COVID restrictions.

Breakfast ok - not a lot of options.

Room extremely small! Bed/mattress worn badly and not comfortable.

I did not get the room I reserved and they did NOT attempt to accommodate. Will not stay again
