Nice Place. Very pleasant employees at the desk and the food area.

Very confusing about the breakfast that came with the room for extra. it costs more but is a generic bar next to better food you have to buy.

Nice Area. Room was big enough and bathroom.

Big was not really comfortable and didn't seem like a queen bed. Pressure in shower was the greatest. Also I believe breakfast should be included like years ago. It was a buffet and if we wanted to eat it was 14.00 a person. On the website it said breakfast included.

The day staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was tidy and clean.

Room 221 was awful. I should have moved to another but had 2 small grandkids with me and all of their stuff so it was too much to move. (I'm not used to having kids and all their stuff these days, lol.) For starters, the room smelled like wet dog. The room was incredibly damp, and yes, I had the ac on correctly. It was blowing cold but not de-humidifying. The kid's swimsuits never dried, the shower never dried, the towels remained damp, even the toilet paper felt damp from the humidity in the room. There were ants all over. On the coffee bar, on the the console/desk, on the night table and a few even on the bed. Hilton has the " housekeeping upon request" so if the cleaners aren't asked to come to the room, the trash fills up. I'm sure that's attracting ants. The should put ant baits out. The last thing was the smoke alarms. They strobed bright white light every 15 seconds. They should be hard-wired, so it couldn't be a low battery. They were incredibly obtrusive for someone with a light sensitivity. Flashed every. Fifteen. Seconds. On an upnote, the location was great, but I won't stay here again. I gave 3 stars because the day staff was really nice. (it would have been 2 otherwise. ) The night clerk was not rude, he was just not very welcoming. Barely looked up from his screen.

TV would not turn on. Bathroom door was not able to close correctly. ( box from soap jammed in to hold parts of the track together, Bottom of door not on track, could see in from room) Smelled like a locker room until air turned down.

It was hard to get essentials (towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper. No cleaning unless we asked. Every other day would be fine or replacing disposables would probably been fine. However it was a lot of money for very little service. Also, the room was not clean (floors) when we got there. It would be very difficult to go to a Hilton again. Service at the restaurant and bar was friendly but very very slow.

Staff are very friendly. The lobby and gym are clean and very nice!

My room wasn’t very clean, carpets look old, there was someone else’s hair ball on the floor. Bathroom has stains. I asked for housekeeping and it didn’t did much. Sheets were clean but keep the k liked they. we’re older.
