The bed was comfortable it was very clean and my wife loved the mirror with the light.

There wasn’t nothing that I didn’t like everything was perfect.

If you're traveling with a truck and trailer they have actual parking just for that! The staff was great. Every single person we encountered said something as you passed them. The lady handling the breakfast was constantly overlooking everything to make sure it was full for the next person.

I'm not saying it's bad cause the building was upkept very well but it's a little older feeling.

The ease of booking a room while on the road.

The room smelled of stale smoke permeated the room. This is a "smoke free" motel. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. This is problematic. Stained carpet. But after 12 hours on the, it sufficed.

Breakfast was good. A variety of different items. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage. Coffee, juices and milk.

The hotel was off the main street. There was very little noise from traffic. Easy to get in and out of the hotel to explore town. Friendly staff seemed eager to help.

They are a dog-friendly hotel. I brought my Frenchie with me. Unfortunately, our neighboring room had a dog that barked, howled, and whined all hours of the day and night. Our room didn't match the property photos. We lacked a desk and sitting area. The hot tub was advertised but it was closed what appeared to be permanent. The pool was nice but too cold for relaxing my muscles.

The price! Very dirty. Blood stains on carpet. Floor Wasn't vacuumed. Shower/ tub was dirty. The furniture was absolutely disgusting. Look like it came out of a dumpster. And I paid $200 for one night. It could be worth it if the room was halfway decent. But I've stayed at a run down motel 6 and the rooms were nicer there.

It was clean

This is the second time i stayed the first time was really nice comfortable bed but this time I was right next to the food area and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I could hear everything in the food area during breakfast which was very un easy to sleep.

The double queen pet-friendly room was clean and spacious. It had a fridge with freezer so we could refreeze our blue ice. Good location, just off freeway, within walking distance of fast food after a long day of driving. Instead we went downtown to Final Draft brewing that had heated patio and dogs were allowed.

There was some confusion on pet fee. We called ahead to make sure we were assigned room for pets. Then we were charged for pet fee twice but they fixed it before we checked out. Not a real problem.

property doesn't use Best Western approved vendors for cleaning Housekeeping or Laundry you can really tell, linen is rough, system on HK is incomcistanr
