The front desk was quick and helpful. The pool was great for the kids and the renovation of the rooms was beautiful
Breakfast was ok. Definitely not terrible but maybe could use a few more options. Also our TV didn’t work and we were offered to move rooms but with kiddos that would have been a hassle. Just changing the TV would have worked but it didn’t happen. Not a big deal since we weren’t there to watch tv but just a slight inconvenience

i was immediately greeted by a rude employee at check in. the tv barely worked and the ac was not turned on when we got there so the room was about 80 degrees and humid.

The. room was fairly clean and easy to get to from the 5 Freeway.
I asked for a late checkout, due to the fact that my husband has Parkinsons Disease and has trouble some mornings getting going. They reluctantly gave me and extra 1/2 hour, but were not too pleasant about it. The housekeeping staff were hanging around our room, waiting for us to leave ( trying to pack the car in the pouring rain). The "breakfast" was barely anything...some cereal and toast. Also, it was very overpriced, as the neighborhood is not great.

we were woken up by a big machine noise starting at 3:30 am. seemed like it came from the building right behind us, behind the 3 rd hotel building. at first we though a leaf blower ? it continued u til we got up.

Service was great and everything seems decently clean.
A little outdated, but everything else was was nice and clean. The other small issue was how thin the walls are and we could here out upstairs neighbors walking the whole night.

Although the room was not huge, yet there was a table with two appropriate chairs, ideal for a takeout meal. Quiet.

I don’t like this property at all . the front desk staff was very cold with no help.
the room is not well insulated and the traffic noice was so load all night long.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was good and included many options.
We arrived late in the evening, so that may be the reason that there wasn't enough hot water for our showers (Luckily the water was luke warm). That being said, we would stay there again.

The mini refrigerator has a small separate freezer compartment on top. That's hard to find! Also has a coffeepot (which a lot of places don't have these days).
Air conditioner has old style manual temperature knob, instead of digital settings. Works great, it's just a little harder to get the temperature set exactly where you want it. Also, for those who really want a tub, just so you know... some rooms (at least) have shower only.

It looked the room had perhaps been recently updated. We stayed on the second floor where the room had high ceilings. Hot boiled eggs were offered at breakfast along with yogurt, bagels, cream cheese. The location is close to an excellent ice cream place.
The hotel is located in a very high traffic area so the room was quite noisy. One could hear trains and trucks and cars close by.

A good, no-nonsense place perfect for a good night's sleep and quick head start to the next day!
Hard boiled eggs were over-boiled haha! Other than that everything was alright!

Quite noisy neighborhood. A/C is old and very loud, impossible to sleep when it's on.

Clean and comfortable rooms, easy and helpful check in. The Lodge is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The pool and breakfast were a nice bonus. I will happily choose this option over the more expensive chain hotels.
