The property is directly on the side of I10. Do not take that lightly. All I could hear was the semi trucks roaring down the highway plus the beds were really hard.

Paying in advance for the Breakfast voucher was worth it. Food at the bistro was good. 11:00am check-out was nice. Pet friendly a plus. Pay at property was a nice option.

Indoor pool was freezing cold. Pet fee of $100 was too steep. Food was too expensive at dinner time for what we ordered.

The room gorgeous and spacious. Very clean and smells great. I love the staff great people and friendly faces. I loved the balcony as well. Altogether I loved my stay and will definitely be back !!

no complimentary breakfast you had to purchase. Cup of coffee would have been great! the little coffee in the room is not good

The bathroom toilet was the smallest toilet I ever seen, needs upgrading

Someone woke us up at 8 am

Me being called during my drive down to Tallahassee from Atlanta from Laura Boundurant the General Manager informing me that my debit card on file was invalid which it was NOT. She attempted to charge my card which I had locked. I clearly reserved the room and to pay at the PROPERTY which is what I informed her. She replies that the card was declined and in order to keep the reservation I had to provide her with a valid card which I did however I DID NOT authorize her to run my card and deduct the amount before I even get there which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I've NEVER had that problem the past 7 years with my card on file nor it being ran before I get on location to pay. Laura gave me the run around and stated that Marriott has the right to run the card prior to arrival while I was JUST there a 2 weeks prior with a reservation made through Booking with the EXACT SAME card with the option selected to pay on arrival and had NO PROBLEM whatsoever. Prior to the HORRIBLE experience I had with Laura I had nothing but great experiences and things to say about this hotel which I doubt very seriously I'll be returning because I'll be DAMNED if she thinks it's EVER ok to disrespect me in such a manner so with that being said I feel so sorry for anyone who has to experience such an unprofessional with Laura. All other staff I give an EXCEPTIONAL 5 stars they are all awesome!!!
