Location. Staff was friendly and prompt to fix Tv and change sheets.

Room smelled like mildew. Sheets were dirty. TV was not working at check-in. cigarette hole burns in blankets.

I am contacting you because our room thar we stayed in last night was filthy and on top of that the shower was broken! I didn't expect the 4 seasons here but I did at minimum believe I would have a fully operable shower. After 10 hrs of driving we wanted nothing more than a good shower and a clean comfortable bed to rest in. We recieved neither of these. The bed linens were dirty and the beds were so old they had springs! I NEVER complain about my hotel stays however I've never really had a reason to, in part because I usually stay at the Hilton or the holiday Inn. This was my first stay at the motel 6 and it will most certainly be my last!

The front desk agent was very helpful, considering that I had reservations for several hours prior to my arrival and not to mention coming from a different state only to be informed that they were completely sold out. I waited for the front desk gentleman to "see what he could work out" and he came back and took me to view a room that I'm assuming hadn't been cleaned. I believe that he made the bed and tidied up the room but it couldn't have been actually cleaned and sanitized in that time frame. I.dont even know if there were clean bed sheets put on or if the bed was simply just made. No towels, no mini fridge, no bathroom items at all. And I didn't get into a room until 1 am even though I arrived right before midnight. This place was very sketchy looking as it was. And I have reached out to the management at this location multiple times only to go unanswered. Disappointing. Don't waste your money.

There were live roaches coming from behind the headboard. The tub and sink still had hair all over them from previous guest. We just were not comfortable being there.

the rooms were a great size

the people walking to property were very sketchy with numerous people looking like they were high or drunk we checked into one room which wasn’t cleaned so they had to move us rooms which took a half hour for the check in guy to go room to room checking what was clean (at 1 am ) when he finally checked us into a room there were no towels and he offered us 1 bath towel 1 floor towel and a hand towel and said that was all he had and we were in a room with 2 queen beds. to say this motel is below par is an understatement after driving 12 hours I was extremely disappointed in the service.

Shower is peeling. Smelt like smoke. Burn holes every where. No remote for the TV. Someone got there car stolen in the middle of the night around 3am..no sleep for me No real blanket just two sheets.. guess people don't sleep here. Sketchy black people outside and I am Blessed and Black but I was scared and nervous...

I needed a spot close to central Tallahassee and I don't have transportation.

Dirty pillows and covers. The heating didn't work and made loud noises all night. Could not get fresh towels and people outside asking for dope. Slippery bathroom floor almost fell.
