Staff was excellent. Loved the cookies.

Bed was too hard.

Wifi was free with stay, the breakfast was amazing and had so much to pick from, the staff was so nice, the lobby was very clean and beautiful also the guess were nice as well. I enjoyed the stay so much and will definitely recommend to my family out of state.

Parking is the only thing, it's not a lot also the doors were out of order that's it but besides that it was a perfect stay

I could smell "weed" in the hallway up on my 4th level floor. Not the Hotel's fault, just that of others not obeying smoking rules. But that seems to be a problem at many places now.

My room got upgraded. I really appreciated that.

Smoke coming from downstairs from people who were smoking outside the building.

Staff was nice. Breakfast person is always a joy, such a sweet kind person.

Filthy. Dust, bugs, and who knows what under the bed skirts, in the corners, under the furniture, and the pull out bed in the sofa had crumbs in it making it completely unusable. The office chair was falling apart. The couch was stained. We had 4 people and they only stock 3 towels. Housekeeping comes every third day. Paying as much as we do, you’d think they’d at least come in dump trash and replenish the towels. Management definitely skimp on a lot of things.

Easy access off highway.

Room was dusty and bedding was dusty with white crusty material on top cover of comforter. White substance on headboard as well. My daughter has asthma and she coughed all night and needed to use her inhaler. She went down to desk at midnight, got new sheets since it was too late to move rooms (our choice) but new sheet has large oil stains. Couldn’t use ac because it was filled with dust. In am asked to speak to manager who was not available and didn’t return our call.

The staff was friendly and helped us quickly when the air didn’t seem to work properly.

There was a funny smell in our room and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Nice and quiet and comfortable.

Heard a lot of stomping. Stayed on the 3rd floor and above us was a lot of stomping morning day and night. It was the only thing that really bothered us.

Add 2 more waffle makers and more fruits

The breakfast was good and the Staff member in charge was super helpful and replenished the food and coffee. She was the highlight of our stay.

the room was worn and outdated. Pillows were terrible. We requested a room change but the second room was worse than the first so we stayed in the original. It faced the parking lot which had huge spotlights shining in the windows at night. The black out curtains didn't cover all of the light so we had to layer towels and bags to block the light. Neighborhood was sketchy. Not worth the cost. Last two times visiting FSU we stayed at Holiday Inn Express on W. Brevard St. Will try to stay there again next time. Nothing fancy but cleaner and right across the street from campus.

Very comfortable bed.....great breakfast. Loved the salsa, cheese and jalapeños for breakfast burrito! Front desk ladies were very cheerful and helpful.

Parking was overflowing so people had to park in areas without a parking spot.

Location and cleanliness. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. 

Friendly staff and service ! The pool was clean. A lot of restaurants are around an interstate.

It's a modern hotel that could be updated.

A welcome delight. Exceeded our expectations and then some. Room was large, clean, had desk, lounge chair, best shower of our trip, microwave, frig, direct TV , and other usual amenities. Wasn’t expecting a breakfast with so many options. Only would have wanted to be able to wirelessly connect to TV and sign in to streaming apps I subscribe to. But for the price we paid, we got way more than we anticipated. Would stay here again and again.

Sign for the property wasn’t prominent. Went to the adjacent hotel first by mistake.

Breakfast was good, hot and very clean

This hotel needs work. For the money, not good, large room, no chairs to sit on and desk chair torn. Have stayed there once before without a problem but I will not return.

Not much food choices like no bacon or sausage. Just breads and gravy.

One key did not work-desk replaced with two that worked. The water in the pool is too cold. But others probably prefer same.

Room was dirty, woke up with a roach crawling on the bed, charged me $150 said I smoked in the room and no one smoked, worst stay ever.
