Very clean and staff was awesome!

The pool was tiny, especially for being a warm/hot weather city. The breakfast was microwave type of food.

I booked the room for a friend who needed the rest and relaxation. I called the hotel after I booked to make sure he would not be charged at any point in his stay. He arrived after commuting an hour and the doors were locked. He waited 20 mins for the lady to come open the doors for him. The lady at the front desk gave him a room and key. He was walking to the room given when he heard her calling him back. She said she made a mistake and sent him to a room that was already occupied. Then she goes back to the computer and she told him my card declined and that he had to pay. He kept trying to show her the confirmation email and she didn’t want to see it. She ended up charging his card for the night to stay. He then texted me and told me what was going on so I immediately called. The employee was clueless as to what was happening. She insisted my card was declined then she asked me to find out his card # cause she was confused. I found out the info and made her aware and then I was on hold for an hour before she came back on and said she changed it back to my card. She was unprofessional and didn’t know anything happening. She had no competence whatsoever. I will not be booking with them anymore. It was my intention to make sure he was relaxed and carefree for once and it was ruined. He wasn’t able to sleep after that fiasco. It was a pointless stay and waste of money.
