the bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.

I prefer the wash basin to be in the bathroom which it was not . The washbasin was actually in the bedroom area. The tv was not working .

Breakfast was fair. Supposed to be served until 9am, arrived for breakfast at 830. All hot food options were gone. Attendee offered to provide food.

did not realize when i booked my stay, it was yards away from HWY 14… possibly invest in sound-proof windows facing 14… had to turn up tv to cancel freeway sound

Room was clean and comfortable.

There was constant noise from the freeway. Didn't keep me awake, but didn't let up. Those little coffee bags are awful.

Price and Location

The rooms restrooms were not clean. Shower tiles not clean meldew between grout. Bathroom ceilings meldew and brown stains from water dew. Look like Black mold in areas of the restroom ceiling and baseboards. Found a used contact lens on my bed and ants on my pillow. The Free daily breakfast was ok and the server's were friendly.

They overbooked the rooms and the put my family in the the handicapped room which is not a problem except it was 1 bed for 5 people. They gave us a roll a way bed and told us they would discount the rate for the night but they never did. I also called them numerous times to inquire about it. Alex at the front desk was always friendly and said he would remind his supervisor but it was never done. I was nice about it and didn’t make a fuss when it occurred or even after. They were the ones saying they would discount the room. The key to get in didn’t work and we had to have staff let us in every time or we had to leave someone in the room.
