The staff were super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was your standard continental breakfast but was ok.

There were no extra pillows or blankets in the room or at the front desk for the pullout sofa beds.

It was very nice. The food was hot and plentiful.

The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect everything was in walking distance.

Needed our rooms clean we had told them for two days that we had needed our rooms clean they never did clean them until the third day which it was after 4pm before our rooms got cleaned and we had just gotten back to our room from after running errands and then we had to leave again because the house keepers came to clean our room. Not to mention our sink was clogged and I myself had to unclog it it was a wad of hair stuck in the drain.

Bed was comfortable, tv was already personalized, very roomy and clean

The woman that works the breakfast area is super friendly and was so great to the kids. The hotel is conveniently located to anything you could need.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant.

A member of staff using pass key to open my door at 11:30 pm to deliver towels that I did not ask for. They had told my daughter (separate room) earlier that day they don't deliver towels. No TV remote when I checked in had to go down to front desk to get one, batteries dead had to go back get another one, TV don't work, 1st guy couldn't fix it had to wait on 2nd person who finally figured it out.
