The location was nice, near the freeway, restaurants and gas

The landscape needed work, exterior was a little rundown, the inside was great!

I absolutely loved this hotel and most especially the no pet policy. It was in the location where I normally stay when I travel to Las Cruces so I am familiar with the area. The accommodations were absolutely lovely and I felt right at home. The front desk staff was amazing and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

I was in for a bit of a surprise when I arrived at the hotel as the reservation I had made through Booking.com had somehow not transferred to the Spring Hill Suites property and the hotel did not have my reservation. The front desk clerk, Ms. Kelly, however took action and although they were booked she said she would work something out so I wouldn't be without a room. They were extremely busy but when I came back a short time later she had located a room and had upgraded my stay. It all worked out perfectly and I spent 3 nights there. I absolutely loved staying there and especially the high quality of customer service.

The staff was really nice.

The breakfast was not that great. Went elsewhere to get something. The rooms were spacious however there were stains on the counters in the rooms and there was white stuff on the couch. We walked past a room that had the door handle completely broken off and another that had the room number laying on the floor.
