Very convenient to the highways and close to a cool part of town. We wanted to stay in a motel like we had as kids and this was great. Owner was accommodating and super nice!
No pool, but we didn’t really have time to swim anyway.

Staff was amazingly friendly and professional and efficient. Room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was sparkling clean and there was hot water as soon as the faucet was engaged!

We loved staying at the Royal Host Motel! The location in Las Cruces is ideal. It's centrally located and all points in town are easy to get to from the motel. Great parking, too. It's affordable - in fact, it's an outstanding value for Las Cruces or anywhere in America for that matter. It's clean and comfortable. The owner that lives on site runs a tight ship and is also kind and considerate and attends to your needs immediately. When you're there you not only feel welcome, you feel like family. We stayed for 11 days while visiting Las Cruces and various other locations in New Mexico and want to return as soon as possible! It was a really terrific experience we'll treasure forever.

The value of the property is great! Room was cooled down for our arrival.

For the price it was very good. Staff was fantastic! Room was clean and the was no problems with facilities.
There was a dead cockroach under one of the tables but I understand it is an older building and that is most likely a problem in the area the motel is located.

The Royal Host Motel is owned by a lovely woman who greeted us with a big smile upon check-in. She gave us a room that would keep cool, and it did! The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Having a table in the room to use for writing, reading, and eating was a bonus!
We are super sensitive to scents and were slightly overwhelmed by a fruity fragrance that lingered form either an air freshener or cleaning supplies. It became less noticeable the longer you were in the room, but was super strong upon each entering. As the rooms were smoke-free, I'll take the fruity scent over cigarettes any day!

Good location on US 70, motel row. It's an old motel, with modern renovated rooms and a neon sign. Desk, small table, and a couple of chairs. Good bathroom with one-star towels.
