This facility needs a major remodel everything in there is old and outdated they use the cheapest products for the guest I'll never stay here again this a very low quality hotel I expected better

I liked the room arrangement, the comfortable bed, and friendliness of staff.

In the next room an alarm starting going off before 5 a.m. and woke us up. It didn't stop going off until after 7:30 a.m. It was disturbing us and made us awaken much earlier than we wanted to.

The staff was very friendly.

The room smelled extremely musty, and the toilet rocked on its base. The area around the pool was extremely disgusting. There were used bandaids, hair ties, and dead bugs all over the tile, and no towels were available.

The breakfast was great! The bed and room were very comfortable.

The sign on driveway was broken. The sign above door on front of building was duct taped on. There was a sign inside the entrance that said the elevator was not working. Fortunately I was given a room on ground floor at no additional charge.

Shower was a little gross, caulk needs redone. No body wash in room.

Breakfast was good.

Broken elevator which didn't get fixed as stated. Had to get a different room. shelf in cupboard above hanging clothes came down in the middle of the night, makeshift work had been previously done! They had the dispenser bottles for shampoo, etc. in shower but a couple were empty. I told the main desk when we checked out to make sure staff filled them and she said we are getting rid of those so we are not refilling, would have been good to know ahead of time. Thank goodness I brought my own.
