The fact that their are no Microwave or Refrigerator and the room I was in last #150 has little to no water pressure in the shower.

Room was supposed to be for 2 people. Only 1 chair in the room. The bed was like sleeping on a bad air mattress. There were cara racing up and down the driveway. One ice machine was broken, the other was out of ice. The drink machine was broken.

I tried checking in at 3:15 and they said that there was no rooms available yet went in several times in between 3:00 and 3:30 and they said the rooms weren't done yet so I asked him to cancel the the book and I see that there was still money taken out of my account $101 and I did not stay there the third to the 3rd4th because of the staff saying our room was not available by 3:30 and they made it sound like it wasn't going to be done until 4:00 or 5:00 and I told him to cancel the reservations and it was never canceled thank you Belinda and 101 was taken out of my account did not stay there need to be refunded back to the card

My reservation was not ready by 3:30 instead of be ready by 3:00 or 3:15 I waited until 3:30 and it still wasn't available I try I told the lady at motel 6 to cancel the reservations she was kind of rude and snobby I don't know why I probably because she sees us there a lot at least once a week or twice
