My air condition didnt wrk too well

Front desk associate was nice.

The room had a strong mold and mildew smell. The room was hot upon check in as the air was turned off. The bed sheets was unclean. It was obvious that the sheets had been slept on from the sock fibers, and trash that was located on the sheets. The sheets was also excessively wrinkled. The top comforter had makeup residue on it. I overheard a previous guest complaining about his room being dirty at the front desk. Clerk was very nasty to him.

The clerk was the rudest person I ever met! I drove 8 hrs to get the worst customer service ever!! She was not friendly what so ever! Did not get no great when I walked in she didn't explain anything about the check in! I ask her a couple of questions and she was just rude! We had a few words back and forth! She said she could check me out and go ! Got my key went to the room and decided to check my self out! She said she would reverse my payment to go back on my card ! And I still got charged! Will be getting in touch with the manager!

nice location. checkin was easy. it was nice and clean. my partner saw a bug in the room but that was the only bad thing. we missed breakfast because it was so early. overall nice stay.

My door didn't work properly. When I told the front desk they were aware and had issues with the door to Rm. 114 in the past. Why not make sure it worked properly before assigning that room.

I had a bit of a problem when I first arrived I reserved for a extend king bedroom and when I got there all the room were taken. Of course my family and I were upset and it's nothing that could've been done that night. I was more considering because the girl at the front desk was new. So we ended up getting a twin However, the representative ( from bookings) & the manager was on top of everything and gave me a half refund. The king bedroom was CLEAN I GIVE Props TO THE HOUSEKEEPERS ! with a lot of space, bed was so comfortable, plus the had a sofa bed and the staff was very polite. They even had breakfast in the morning. Nearby: it's a lot of near by places cracker barrel, Walmart , wing stop, pizza spot, Wendy ,and etc all of these are walking distance. I would recommend this to someone & will be visiting again.
