The person who checked me in stolen $5 dollars from my bank account on my debit card he said he was going to only charge me $20 dollars more and charged me $25 dollars I called the front desk and they told me that he would call me back about it and never did lier have a good day thief

The location was the only good thing - close to UConn.
Dated and not well maintained. Pool closed. Breakfast closed. Other guests walking out and refusing to stay. Front desk not accommodating and refused to refund.

The shower was new and nice.
The front door of the office had broken glass, our cable box was broken for first 2 days. Parking lot and inside hallways smelled of marijuana. No heater worked in the room for the entire stay

The price
The environment felt unsafe. Lobby door had been kicked in, our patio glass door didn’t have a handle and was barely shut. Arguments, screaming and crying could be heard at all hours of the night.

Did not like ANYTHING about this place.
This hotel was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The dirty, dim hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke (it seems like people live here long-term). The door handle to the room was sticky and looked like it had been broken at one point. The entire room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a PUBIC HAIR ON THE SINK. After looking around, WE LEFT. My husband and I have NEVER done that before. The room was non-refundable of course (why would you want to give money back for a pile of garbage, right?) so we were basically scammed out of our money because the pictures on here ARE NOT REPRESENTATIVE TO WHAT WE WERE GIVEN. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Wyndham should seriously consider whether they want their name associated with this property. Advertised breakfast-none available. Stairs/carpets threadbare; lots of garbage. This place was disgusting.

Water pressure in shower was good.
Room, TV didn't work, bathroom toilet leaked on floor, hole in floor next to toilet, always had a couple of bugs crawling around on floor in room and was over charged for room.

main door to bldg where rooms are isn't locked even though the light for security entrance is on. went out on my balcony and homeless people were sleeping on ground level below me

It looked nothing like as advertised. It was a dump. Walked in there was a smell and holes in the walls. Advertised pool (was told they haven’t had pool in over a year)and breakfast (has been discontinued)in reality they offer neither. Bathroom had no toilet paper. Bed had a huge lump that was visible through the bedding. when I went to complain I was told this is a Motel not a Hotel? so I guess that means that it’s ok that they are gross. Booking.com says they are a hotel. might want to fix that. I refused to stay there and moved to another Hotel. so I’m out $100. they refused to refund for the first night! This place is seriously false advertising and gross. Do not recommend to anyone.

Access to rooms all door entry are broken, anyone can enter this is a safety issues for customers. Horrible smells in the room, chip ceiling, bathroom doors broken!! Horrible place!!

Nothing property is horrible not well kept, entry doors to hotel are broken anyone from anywhere can enter the premises BIG safety concern. Hotel is not kept old, rooms smell horrible. As you walk out of hotel trash bins filled to the max. Trashy place worse experience!!!

I made a reservation for a non smoking room. the reservation was taken then I get a phone call from hotel and they told me that there were only smoking rooms left. I told them I was highly allergic to smoke. she said that’s all they had. i canceled on the spot.

No pool burned blankets uncomfortable bed and looked broken the where addicts around the place in and out disgusting worst place to ever stay stains on the towels didn't even use them un sanitize place ever nasty stains on the bed and paid $112 for that piece of s*** crazy never ever ever disappointing

No breakfast
Was no breakfast. I had to go out and buy towels so I can wipe myself off after a shower, because they left me one dirty towel that looked like they moped the floor with it. The beds were absolutely horrible it was a mattress with a piece of plywood underneath it. When you open the door to the Hallway it smells like marijuana

the Vernon diner was amazing! right out front . the heat worked nice was cable in room balcony was huge.
housekeeping is a joke, mold on the shower curtain, coffee machine was broken , warm refrigerator, broken bed , blood on the walls by the trash can in the bathroom , dust above the shower was crazy gross. this days inn needs massive updating and a better house keeper but if your not picky like me it’s good value. I stayed in room 131
