A nice, clean, comfortable room with a king size bed, couch and nice desk for you do take care of business if you had to. The shower / bathtub had a lever so you could take a nice hot bath.

The location was fine.
It was really dirty and we were shocked. There was a sticky film on the entire floor, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks with streaks on the counter and stains on the walls; there was a cigarette hole in the comforter; there were cracks in the walls in the bathroom; and there was as a spider in the bathroom to top if off. Everything in that room seemed dirty. I slept with my shoes on so I didn't have to put my feet on the floor. It was too late to change hotels so we had to stay there but we got up super early this next morning to get out of there. If they charged $30 a night, then that would be more fair.

Disgustingly dirty, nothing was clean, couldn't wait to get out of there. Shame when you want to spend a little less for just a night and you end up with an absolutely terrible place like this.

The cleanliness was non-existent, with a horrible chemical smell, spiders and spider webs in the room, peeling paint on the ceilings, sticky and slippery floors, a non-working air conditioning unit, white stains on both seats, and a shower that mase an unusual high-pitch noise when operating

Location.
No one at the front desk when I arrived for check in. I had to call the front desk after a few minutes of waiting to be attended. Bed cover was stained. Bathroom curtain was dingy. Called the front desk several times from my room and no one picked up.

All this hotel is a mess and I don’t understand how this hotel don’t do anything for be better and all the people when get there realizing this is a bad hotel, they don’t want reinvert are money. We was like 6 different families complaining for each room and when the police arrive we explained and they spoke with the owner to not charge nothing

When I arrived at the property I was informed that booking.com had overbooked and that they had no room. Then they gave me a room not through booking.com (according to them). I had requested a room on the first floor due to my father's disability but was given a room on the second floor
I felt that when I book a room and they agree to one on the first floor then I should be able to count on that.

The Red Roof offers free pets at no additional cost. Wait, did I say pets? I meant PESTS! Yup, bed bugs. Confirmed with my own eyes. All I did was flip over a pillow and there they were.
Here's an idea... CLEAN YOUR ROOMS AND SHEETS! It was obvious they didn't even change the sheets on the bed. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder you have bed bugs in your hotel.

The Attitude of the woman behind the counter was astonishing. Booking.com Failed to provide them with a correct account number to charge the room to. So booking.com had not paid them. They wanted me to pay again for the room. The situation was explained to me that it was my issue that Booking.com had not paid them, and that I needed to pay again. The attitude of this woman and her outright discussed that she had to fix this issue was not something that she was not happy about. She told me that I had to call Booking.com to have then pay her or i have to pay for the room. That and that I refused to pay a second time for this room. That person should not be in the customer service business. I Did NOT stay at that hotel.

Pet friendly and very close to home. My cat loved being able to sit in the window and watch the world outside. Staff was very accommodating, especially since I had to keep extending my stay. Loved that my room was so close to the back exit, which opened with the room key.
The bed was really uncomfortable (hard and squeaky). The freezer section of the fridge desperately needed to be thawed or to have lots of built-up ice chipped away, because it was almost completely blocked.

room was dirty. fridge was t working on day 2. lost all our food. no discount offered.
toilet ran constantly and self flushed every few hours. super annoying. I told staff. they apologized. but it was already over with.
I asked for extra towels via this app. Upon arrival I also asked for extra towels because there was none in the room. On day two when we returned back to the motel we still had no extra towels. I went to the front desk and she managed to find me one. That’s not gonna cut it for two people. We had to go down and ask again to finally get extra towels.
Overall I was very disappointed in the room, the cleanliness and how the staff handled our problems.
The biggest upset was they’re not trying to make anything right by offering some sort of discount on the room. With that said we will not be returning to that motel.
