All of our accommodations were very nice as usual.

When I checked in my unit the refrigerator was not cooling properly. We had to buy ice to put our food on. Eventually we contacted property management and they sent maintenance with my permission to enter while I wasn’t there. A note was left from the maintenance worker that a piece would be ordered for the refrigerator. I did not like the fact the maintenance worker used the front restroom and left the seat up on the toilet ( and the lights on, there were no males with my party) I did not appreciate this at all! Also it was stated in the work order that the property would make sure we were supplied with ice for our food, I had to call management on Saturday and ask for more ice to put our food on! During this conversation the customer service representative stated she would put in some type of complimentary form on my behalf. Eventually we had to throw away almost all of our food which was about $300 worth of food. Besides the refrigerator not working being a huge inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay. My family really likes staying at this property.

It was clean and presentable. Loved the washer and dryer. When I voiced a complaint, it was taken care of in a timely manner. The gentleman was very polite too.

There were no dish towels or coffee filters. There should have been more toilet rolls available, too, considering the rental price.
