The hot tub/jacuzzi on the patio, was filthy, and that was what we really wanted to enjoy. 😢

great location and great view.

we had a beautiful view, and a great porch to hang out on. Also, we were right next to Marathon and close to Islamorada- lots of great choices for food and drink- like Islamorada Brewing Co. and Keys Fisheries! Not to mention- we had a lovely time at sombrero beach! And though our unit faced west, we got a gorgeous sunrise! I’m sure it would’ve been a great place for a sunset too!

Nothing bad about our unit… It was fantastic! It also had a laundry which I was not aware of until the last day.

Beautiful location and pretty well stocked

Keys Caribbean required a credit card deposit of $500 and actually charged my card $1,104! I did get the deposit back but I will never use them again. Better to pay extra $ and stay in townhouse that is a part of the resort and access amenities. The townhouses are smaller than expected and neighbors were too close for comfort and can hear everything.

Staff showed up on departure day 930am. Check out 11:00am Started unloading supplies Brought her supplies in while packing up to depart. I was not sure what was happened? She spoke no English!! Walked into villa… Started taking pictures? Brought in her supplies?? Going up down stairs from room to room? Pretty much rushed us out of departure? I took pictures of my departure My family was upset!we were pushed out before departure time! Upsetting

property perfect, staff for the Hawks Cay resort treat guest from key Caribbean as if we were roaches, specially at the marina, if one is not a resort guest, they look down on you and treat you different. completely disappointing on that aspect. but property and and included amenities were amazing, sea Grass marina, EXCEPTIONAL customer service, helpful, amicable staff, secured and better prices than Hawks cay resort.

The villa was great, needed some updating and it would have been nice to have more than one towel per bathroom.

The location was good. The resort is beautiful.

The pictures are deceiving! The property need a major amount of attention. The capet was very dirty. The blinds were broken. The couch was falling apart. There were no extra blankets. The tiles in the shower were broken a put back together. The grout had mold stains. The toilet seat had a broken hinge.There were many loose floor tiles. The pool was cloudy and also had missing tiles. Who ever owns this property needs to care for it. The property in all needs a lot of TLC!

not very comfortable downstairs and not enough towels for the 5 nights and only one box of laundry detergent and only like 4 dishwashing pods . booked another Villa for one more night 5054 was way nicer and had everything I needed! Also me and my boys all got sick. place must not have been sterilized very well.

We had a few broken items around the house

Location was nice on the canal and allowed us to have a boat.

It would have been nice to understand what amenities we could have used. Our only understanding during booking and via an email, was that some things may not be available.

Individual villa with pool. Big jacuzzi tub.

We could use the mini golf.

Beautiful area love being there!

It says Villas at Hawks Cay but when you get there you find out it’s not affiliated with Hawks Cay you cannot use their amenities, pool, beach, marina, etc. very misleading it’s truly Caribbean villas at Duck Key.
