The front desk staff member was a very big help with my rewards program. He was very nice .

Breakfast.The only thing for breakfast was orange juice or apple juice and a muffin. It needs to be updated to a better selection.

Absolutely everything...... place should be condemned and demolished. Rooms were trashed, toilet didn't work, bathroom was a wreck, room smelled like an ash tray.

The price and even that was a bit high for the accommodations.

The room had a moldy smell. It was obviously older but they had done some renovation. The sink was all scratched up, the toilet looked like it was from an old high school locker room, the tub was all worn with a rusty drain and almost no water pressure. The bed was ok but it felt like our feet were elevated higher then our heads when we laid on it. Just overall it was obvious they had attempted to update the hotel but for the lowest cost and the least amount of effort.

Facility in need of repair and deep cleaning. Need better sound proofing between rooms. We could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did well into the night 😳 Heater was loud and turned on and off randomly during the night.
