Friendly staff location

When asking for directions for places to eat, we asked for guidance, friendly but not helpful. Information like where to catch the bus or short distance places to dine. Husband handicap so we drove for awhile in each direction…. Never found dinner

Great location. The rooms were very clean. The decor was so cute. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was great!! We will stay here again! They even left us moon pies and an RC Cola. We absolutely loved this hotel.

Why does the pool look so dark?

Wish the toilet was a little higher up. It was hard for someone with bad knees and back to get up

Description says diner and lounge on site. Neither are open they are closed for renovations. Not having to leave after having a couple drinks was my purpose for choosing the hotel.

Inter joining room to our friends next door who we were traveling with. Spacious, comfortable room.

A lot of noise from outside, could do with more soundproofing

We loved the friendly staff. The check in/out was a breeze. We loved the on site lounge and restaurant. We read the diner will be closing soon and that made us a little sad. we're happy to know they'll be re-opening and we look forward to visiting again at the new location in the fall. Everyone here was just so friendly and we made us feel so very welcome. Thank you to the hotel & restaurant staff.

The lady staying in the room next to us was screaming ALL night, arguing with someone, slamming doors. I told the front desk at checkout about it, Melissa said she would refund one of the nights but since I booked through booking.com I would need to reach out to them and she would verify the refund when they called her. Received an email from booking.com that they have not been able to get in touch with hotel.

First of all the Two girls in front desk were really nice! The place is super neat and the room spotless clean! The pool are is beautiful and even with cool music . I loved this place, they don’t offer breakfast but they do have coffee in the morning and a microwave to use in the lodge.

They gave me the exact room I requested. Amazing as usual.

Stayed at this hotel previously and loved it! The theme is beautiful and the room is spacious! The staff are all very friendly and made the stay easy. There's a wonderful diner attached!

The parking lot isn't super huge and that worried us as we had a trailer unexpectedly added to our trip. So if you have an RV, larger vehicle or trailer. You may have difficulties here.

Very clean and comfortable. The stylish furniture was appreciated and 2 TVs w separate seating room was spacious. The pool area was spotless and inviting w marble surrounding it, j beautiful. Next door is a 24 hour restaurant w any and everything plus HUGE cakes. Also a bar in the same building!!

The location is great right above a diner and a bar

The room was updated, really nice in size and we found it clean. The location we close to convention center, which was a very easy walk. All the staff were polite and friendly. Parking was free but was tuff to find spot when we came back Friday night. We ate at the dinner twice which is directly connected to the hotel.
