The bed was very comfortable.

The staff had an attitude. The air conditioning has a smell and the heat mad the smoke alarm go off. The sink in the bathroom was filling up. The floor got wet everytime I ran the air and it made the room smell like mildew.

The pool and laundry room which they advertised were under maintenance. The microwave in my room was broken. They couldn't except cards so they made me drive to a ATM up the street at 1030 at night. The blanket had holes in it. They didn't give you a bucket for ice. The wifi wasn't working and the TV remote was broken. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10am there is even a huge sign in lobby but there was no Breakfast when I went at 9am

I was not clean and it was roaches in the room I have pictures and the tub was dirty it was not a good stay for me I want be coming back.

Food Crumbs all over desk in room we paid for that was left from previous people …two bars of used soap in shower and sink left like it was never cleaned…German cockroach in room …little cigarette burns in sheets…no toilet paper in the room left …used bandaid on ground going up stairs to top floor …paint left out on stairs in solo cup…pool out of order…yellow caution tape on exist door saying that emergency exit could not be used…smokers clearly in no smoking section of hotel rat poop left in air conditioning grating and its hardly the workers fault though the building honestly needs to be condemned and you can tell they get unhappy customers a lot….there is only so much they can do with what they are given as you can only polish a turd but it’s still just that Frankly you using this hotel as a option makes you guys look real bad and makes me never want to book a hotel with you all again after this…it left a bad taste in mouth for our family trip and even my 12 year old son felt traumatized….I took a video upon leaving just to protect myself so they couldn’t come back and say something was taken or missing as I’ve read reviews that happened to people there and their card was charged for missing items because they had complained honestly stuff I shouldn’t have to worry about when staying some where

Location was great, right off the expressway, easy to get to.

Staff could Not find my reservation, charged me more than what I reserved for, room had water leaks & smelled very musty, carpet was filthy, couch was filthy, sheets were clean but had cigarette burns, a dirty cleaning rag was left in the bathroom, the towel rack fell apart, the stone counter top had been painted & was peeling.
