Whenever I go to a concert I stay here! The check in was easy and the woman was super friendly! The room was amazing and clean. The only thing I wish for different is that their little cafe stay open until checkout because I like to sleep in and I love their avocado toast! I was really sad I didn’t get some!

Staff friendly room and facilities clean ..looked like confusion the pool area … we had to walk by laundry room to get to our room .. door wide open with laundry everywhere .. sure it’s hot in there and needed door open to ventilate ….. design with laundry area at begiinning of first floor hallway maybe not a great idea

Check in time was listed as 3pm; upon arrival we were put on a waiting list and got our room at 6pm. Because we then left so late for a concert, we arrived at the concert 45!minutes after it started

Two of our three booked rooms were not ready upon arrival. After waiting for two hours, our party had to leave for a concert. The staff said our group and others would be compensated for the inconvenience but the next morning, the daytime staff knew nothing about it and had no answers. Poor service.

We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready so we waited. An hour later as I was canceling, my room was ready. We were soo late to our show because of this. They offered breakfast but that’s not nearly enough. The room was not very clean. Food still in fridge from last guest. Will not be back. Alicia and April at front desk were amazing. Manager not friendly or compassionate at all.

Staff was great, location was great. The room was clean but you had to jiggle the toilet handle every time to stop it from running and the fridge did not work so I had to keep filling up my cooler with ice. Besides that it was ok

Our group did not realize that there were zero amenities with this property ie: complimentary coffee in lobby or continental breakfast .. The onsite cafe was overpriced .
Really ? A hotel next to the interstate outside Akron . Not exactly a memorable destination . Never again when there are 3 competitors a stones throw away

The front desk staff was rushed and blunt. The room was not well kept. There was damage in the bathroom ceiling and walls. Caulk needed to be fixed. Bed was worn out and not very comfortable.

The initial room I check into was terrible and had bed bugs. When I found this out I immediately demanded a new room. That meant day 1 and 2 no sleep. I contemplated getting a new hotel, but I had 4 travelers with me that all had no issues so I didn’t uproot them. This was my 5th or 6th time at this hotel and my first real issue but this should never happen. I don’t believe I’ll be back even though the manager was very nice and did her best to take care of me.

We travel a lot and this by far was the best experience we’ve had. Staff was amazing. Any question I had or anything I needed they were there to help. The water pressure for the showers were absolutely amazing.The kids loved the pool. They were cleaning the hot tub during our stay which was a bummer but it’s definitely nice to see it gets cleaned. I will definitely be back. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
