Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

Melissa and Cassandra at the front desk were amazing!!!!! Very friendly staff at the Spa. nice and clean and service I received was amazing.

Game room was out of order. playground was under construction and lots of maintenance crew and trucks in parking lot. Bedding needed to be more comfortable.

I loved the Rooms and the whole place is exceptional.

Only thing I didnt like was the arcade is not there anymore.

The pool hours were amazing. My 4 middle schoolers thought it was amazing to swim at night. You gave my husband a great running path to run on and he loved it. The cleanliness and spaciousness on the unit was amazing. You gave us an air matress which changed everything becaise the two middle school boys didn’t have to share a bed…it saved the vacation. Perfect for large and small families!!!!!

The Cabin was awesome!! The look and the feel, being right next to the river was amazing!

The air conditioner went out and it could not be fixed. So they came and set up some portable air units. That helped alot. The temperature in the Cabin reach 80 at one point but soon cooled down. For the mony that I paid I would not have expected something like that to happen. This upset my wife some, this trip was for her 50th birthday.

The local internet network for our specific room disconnected and was never reestablished. They did attempt to correct it just didn't happen while we were there. We just connected to different network.

That all the plates and cups were glass. With children glass and not always good. Even as an adult you have to be very careful.

Very clean and comfortable

They post that the pool is under 24 hour surveillance, but there was 12 to 15 teens in the pool rough housing with no one watching them. All of the littler kids (none of which were mine) had to isolate in one small part of the pool. The other adults, such as myself, my daughter and granddaughter could not swim because of the teens.

Everything was great! Angel and Melissa at the front desk were both very kind and helpful during our entire stay. My group of 5 was traveling for spring break and we all did the spa at the resort as well and it is one of the best spas that we have ever been to. We were having such a good time in pigeon Forge that we even decided to stay an extra night and it was very simple to do so once we spoke with the ladies at the front desk. All-around great stay very clean and spacious. The pool was clean and the gym was nice. The location is also very convenient as well with so many restaurants nearby as well as being so close to the islands. We will always stay at River Stone when we go to Pigeon forge from now on.

Room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke. Furniture was not comfortable & dated, also had strong odor of cigarette smoke. Refrigerator did not work. Daily cleaning was not included, this needs to be better spelled out in amenities list.
