the only thing is the sheets were clean.

The bed sheets were fairly clean.
There were significant issues with nearly every aspect of our stay at the property, including:
- PEST INFESTATION: We initially heard faint scratching noises during the night, but we didn't realize there was a mouse problem until we discovered mice droppings on our personal belongings and food plates the next morning.
- MOLD GROWTH: The mold problem in the bathroom was extensive and appeared to have been untreated for a considerable period of time, given its widespread presence.
- SECURITY CONCERNS: We observed a housekeeping staff member allowing a woman entry into a neighboring room without verifying her identity providing only "I forgot my room key" explanation, no id check at all. The lack of proper security measures raised anxiety about possibility of unauthorized access to our own room.
- INADEQUATE FACILITIES: Despite being a 5-story building, only one elevator was operational and had to be shared between guests and staff, leading to long wait times and inconvenience.
- SMOKING PROBLEM: The "no smoking" signs seemed to be more for decoration, as the smell of weed on our floor was consistently present throughout our entire stay at the property.
- POOR FRONT DESK SERVICE: Our reservation indicated that we would pay upon arrival with a different card; however, we were informed at check-in that the reservation had already been charged without our consent. Despite requesting to reverse the charge and use an alternate payment method, our concerns were fully ignored. Additionally, after reporting the mice issue during check-out and filling up the report, assurances of contact from staff members regarding refunds were given, yet not at all fulfilled. Surprised?!...not at all.
Overall, our experience at this property was marred by multiple serious issues spanning pest infestation, mold growth, security lapses, inadequate facilities, and unsatisfactory smoking control.

The television didn't work, and the showers needed updating.
Making sure the television worked and a shuttle to the nearest train station would be nice. I had to walk 1.2 miles from my hotel to the nearest train station. No one bothers me, but I could see a woman being forced to take a cab for her safety.

Lençóis da cama sujos, elevador em estado péssimo que nem funcionava no dia da chegada, tudo sujo, barulhento, absolutamente mau e com péssimo ambiente dando um ar não só descuidado como inseguro. Chuveiro nem funcionava no primeiro quarto obrigando a mudar de quarto. É de fugir. A pior experiência de hotel que tive na minha vida em hotéis nos EUA. Nunca mais repito a cadeia La Quinta!

Nothing worth liking at this place.
Experience of staying at this place was abysmal from each perspective.
Only few things as an example
- Room was damp and smelly with old worn out furniture no one would keep this quality of furniture at home. It was hard to bear the dampness and smell in the room.
- Bed linen and bed sheets not clean have hairs and marks (oily, dirty) at several places.
- Bathrooms with no exhaust and towels were not clean and fresh very low quality
- Management didn’t both fixing the second lift and it was very difficult to go to room had to wait 10-15 minutes and sometime had to take stairs to the rooms at level 5. One lift we working which was being used for servicing the rooms with some benefit to the guest.
- Breakfast services was extremely miserable.
It was very very bad experience, it was wastage of money and valuable vacation days. I can’t find words to explain further and will not recommend anyone to stay at this place.

The room was good, but the chairs could have been replaced due to a lot of wear and tear on them. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning was done properly.
I did not like how the elevators operated. They were very slow which caused us to use the stairs a lot.

Breakfast was fair, no milk for cereal
Our room did not have wash cloths the first night. I went to front desk to get. Room was cleaned and clean wash clothes were taken leaving only 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Called the front to ask for wash cloths, was told it would be a while and no one came to deliver the cloths. Needless say this was unsatisfactory to me and my sister.

From the check in, we arrived pretty late I think around 11 PM. And you need to be buzzed in, since you don’t have card yet (security reason?).
We have two rooms reservation, but one of the room not just NOT clean, also with a lot of personal belonging like someone has not check out yet. The second room there is no light in the bathroom and we keep calling for more than an hour (also mentioned to switch to another room but they declined) until I come down to ask (seems like the shift changed), finally they switch us to another room.

Need to mentioned, after we moved our stuff to a new room, I was trying to return the old key but one of the receptionist from afar (almost like shouting) “Give me, give me…, don’t put access card together with you mobile!”. But, his colleague (the one that switched me to new room) told him “No, nothing wrong with his room, he’s just returning the key!”. And I told that Guy, “DO NOT ASSUME!”…

Big Rooms, beds are comfortable and bathrooms nice! Breakfast is also fine, with different choices in menu.
Rooms has a door between each other that allows to hear everything from the next room, be prepared if you have noisy neighbors, you won’t be able to sleep! hallways are always plenty of bags with trash and there’s always strong smell to weed even the hotel is smoke free :(.

Long cancellation time.
It was dirty. Untidiness starts from the elevator, it was smelly and dirty. The corridor continues with a deep strong scent. When we entered the room we saw the lavatory in the middle of the room not in the bathroom. I wanted to open the window for some fresh air, but woefully the window was not openable. The furniture is quite old, also dirty. The towels even were old and dirty. We could take a shower because of disgusting of the bathroom.

Every day same menu. Out of 2 Elevator, 1 was out of service all 3 days of our stay, and the 2nd Elevator also was out of service time to time. We have to bring our luggage through Stairs. Very poor service. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone

I’ve stayed here numerous times but it seems the care for the place is going downhill. Not sure if it’s new owners but isn’t as crisp feeling as it used to be.

The room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It had a fiedge and microwave which was very convenient and opposite a 7-Eleven Store. Staff were pleasant
The breakfast. No milk or cereal. I felt sorry for the staff at breakfast, it was often one poor lady all by herself very stressed out which was unfair on them. The management sitting in offices or working from home need to ensure that staff are supported in stressful situations as there were too many guests in the breakfast room and that there is enough food for the guests or just don't advertise breakfast.

Our room wasn’t clean, the bathroom was in terrible shape. the exhaust fan sounded like a jet plane, toilet was either stained or dirty and the bathtub didn’t drain. The lady upon checkout was so rude and didn’t ask us any questions about our stay or offer an invoice.

The lady and guy at the front desk were awesome! Very warming and professional, absolutely loved them and they were very helpful!
Not so much didn’t like I just thought there would be a bath tub along with shower. But the shower was a good size so no complaint!
