The staff was very accommodating and the front desk were exceptional.

We had an issue with valet parking the first day but it was cleared up. No issues.

Drove all the way to stay there and was told there was no parking in the hotels garage!!!!! How do you pay $400+ for one night..... and not be allowed to park?? Found a spot 30min away and then had to Uber back to the Hotel!! Staff couldn't care less. Multiple guest were very pissed!

The location was great. It was in an area w/restaurants, nice parks and transportation.

I wish there was parking for the guests.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the suite size and decor was nice.

The pool was down for maintenance, which was one of the things we were looking for. Our room had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Complained to the front desk and the young lady was slow to respond and had no sympathy at all. We ended up moving to a new room after I complained to corporate about the poor customer service. No one answers the front desk phone from the room. Hotel manager promised to comp one of our nights but upon check out told me to check with Booking.com. Will be following up.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Valets did an exceptional job.

Could have communicated breakfast times a bit better. Also, pool did not appear to be swimmable as it was heavily chlorinated and you could not see the bottom from anywhere.

housekeeping didn’t come in until our 4th night of being there. so much garbage needed to be taken d out and we had to keep calling for towels. only to have to come to the desk to ge them. the pool is super small and wasn’t hardly stocked with pool towels.

Good location. Very close to Metro and Nationals stadium.

Excellent location. Metrorail station is a few steps away for easy access to all the attractions. Wonderful restaurants within short walking distance. Good breakfast.

The hallways need to be vacuumed more frequently. We stayed there for 4 nights, and all the garbage that we notoced on arrival was still there when we were leaving.

The breakfast staff were on top of refilling and managing the guests in the breakfast area. It was well staffed each day with three breakfast area workers. Our room was located at the end of a hall on the top floor so it was quiet. Location is right next door to the navy yard/ ballpark metro station. A few easy food options located in a short walk . Shake Shack was our family choice. Valet parking is available $

When we arrived on Thursday the hallway floor was quite dirty and in need of vacuuming. It clearly had not been done recently. When we departed 6 days later it still had not been vacuumed. Rooms only get serviced every 4th day unless otherwise requested. As a family of four I requested every two days - that was not done. They came once on the 4th day. Although we booked a stay for 4 there were only three towels, you must go down and get your own from the front desk, there is no staff to bring it to you. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the top step and had a white foaming oily residue on the surface. There is a $100 per day hold/ reserve on your credit card until check out.

The staff was rude to me at night. I had called ahead twice to let them know I would be a late booking and was told the front desk would be notified. On arrival, the man at the front desk was rude and stated, “Just so you know, when you come late, you need to notify the front desk.” He hasn’t looked at my reservation or anything. I informed him that I had called ahead twice to notify the hotel of this very thing. He saw it on my reservation and didn’t apologize at all, he was very rude about it.

the valet parking is very small and it already don’t be any parking over there so it was frustrating sometimes finding a spot they also charge $100 A DAY for security deposit
