The hotel was nice. My room was a little dated and didn't match exactly what I saw online.

My room was supposed to have a sofa there was only a chair. I was extremely disappointed with breakfast. I visit this hotel in particular because of their outstanding breakfast. Not sure what happened, but the muffins and cereal were a huge let down.

Upon entry, the place is spotless. My appreciation to the cleaning staff. Spotless floors. The staff was extremely friendly, always speaking to you directly and wishing you a good day or night. They always smiled. That was nice. I give the staff a five star rating.

The breakfast included with the room was a little disappointing. I expected a little more but it was by all means sufficient. Excellent coffee. And the place was clean without question. My issues with the room was that it was a little stuffy or stale. Much to my delight I found that the window was able to be slightly opened to let some fresh air in. The toilet ran continuously and you had to work at giggling the handle to get the tank to fill so it could be flushed. The continuous running water sound was not good for sleeping so I would just turn the valve at the floor off. The bathroom was very clean as was the room. Being so close to the four lane highway the roadway noise was a little loud but not overwhelming.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. And the people were wonderful. A traveler could not ask for more.

Only a slight downgrade for location. It's a nice area. But it's a pretty long hike (more than a mile) to get to a decent restaurant. No big deal - I can always use the exercise.

Everything was clean. Shower was easy to use. Enough towels. Worked with us to give us more time to check out and getting a shuddle. Really ery helpful.

Maybe having the hair dryer in the bathroom so you know that there is one. also having some lotions.

Terrible breakfast! Microwave sandwiches were cold. Biscuit sandwich was was so hard could barely chew through it. Early in breakfast ran out of bacon with no more put out. Free and not worth the price

Everything!! We will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when were in NC. Absolutely beautiful, accommodating, comfortable, safe, overall 10 star.

If there had of been more towels and hand sanitizer in the pool and workout area for consumers use - There was very little or none for our use.

Waited for 30 minutes to check in cause only worker was on the phone white 2 others stood in door way and looked at the line of People to check in!

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom also very clean and everything worked appropriately. Had to make a last second trip and glad we stayed here.

Slightly pricy for what you get. Not bad overall though, still very satisfied.
