Breakfast was decent

The room was not clean properly toilet was dirty and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well. The tub was filthy i couldnt Even Take a shower. Called the front desk to get no pillow cases and stuff to clean the toilet her couldn’t understand me and didn’t bring the thing I needed

The value for my trip was spectacular and the property was clean and safe and the staff was friendly and professional.

Breakfast our first day was delayed because everything was empty when we came down to eat. The staff was apologetic but a little slow in keeping the breakfast stocked.

Location was close to the interstate and shopping. The lobby was beautiful .

The lobby as you walk past the office smelled strongly of weed. The room smelled strongly of pine. The carpet was not vacuumed. The couch in the room had what looked like a splotched 8 inch blood stain. The heat was not adjustable. It was either hot or cold. We could not open the window because there was no screen. We did not complain due to being too tired to travel any farther. I also asked for a handicap room which it was not. We did not use the shower due to this. There was no night light.930 pm someone was banging on my door asking for Katie. We will not use this place again.

The ONLY thing I like during my stay was the water pressure and the waffle I had in the morning

Room was a dirty disaster. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was like water. Front desk resource was doing double time managing the breakfast. Gave up waiting on the eggs to be restocked. No security lock on exterior doors. How can a chair that has that many stains be left in a hotel room???

the only hotel where they didn’t clean up the towels or trash. if you wanted clean towels you had to go ask for them, and dump your own trash.

The eggs had ice crystals in the middle. The rest of the stay, I ate at McDonalds in the not.

there is no elevator in the hotel. My husband has difficulty walking, and we were on the second floor. There was a long curved stairway and we had to carry our bags ourselves. Nobody at the front desk offered when I mentioned it. When we got upstairs I found that both ends of the hallway were blocked and there were signs on the door saying do not use these doors. A smoke detector was disassembled and lying on a chair. The only way off of the second floor was down the center stairway. In addition, we learned that the breakfast room was closed due to renovation. this was not cited on their website. And the cost included breakfast. When I brought these things up to the front desk, they dismissed me completely. I called Booking and made a complaint. They called the front desk and then they told me that since they were under renovation these things were happening. Booking told me that the hotel staff told them I could leave and not be charged. It was 11 PM at night and I had two small toddlers with us. This is totally unacceptable. If a hotel is under renovation, they should not be taking guests. I wanted to call the fire marshal and I should have. I really believe some kind of accommodation would occur, however, nothing. Absolutely nothing. I am extremely disappointed in Booking.com.

.Staff were nice and helpful. Room was nice. Beds were comfortable.

They have two floors, but no elevators. I don't do stairs that well so it was a bit of a struggle. Secondly, the room had an odor.

They changed my room location so I could be next to my family

When booking my stay breakfast was supposed to be included!! When I got there everything was under construction No breakfast!! They could have given a voucher to use at nearby restaurant, but offered nothing. This should have been disclosed on the website. I would have chosen a different hotel. Also mold on shower curtains and stains on bed sheets and towels
