For the most part, the room was clean. The breakfast was very good.
The cost was NOT what had been confirmed to me upon booking. The bathroom had cleanliness and maintenance issues.

I loved the room. Very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Also check in wasn't an ordeal and it didn't take forever. Unlike other hotels where you are waiting forever while they are clicking away on their computer. The Hampton Inn is efficient and they have their stuff together. If you are going to be having a long or busy day and know you will be exhausted stay here. Check in is a breeze.

The woman at the front desk Harrassed my two employees told them they were allowed to leave bc the room wasn’t paid for. Which is FALSE I booked it through booking and have all the receipts and confirmation to show it. I rebooked for one night and she was telling them my funds were insufficient which is also not true. I called to discuss the situation and was hung up on and she said call back tomorrow to talk to my boss. Which I will be doing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

The Hampton is very nice, with attentive staff and a great breakfast. it was a bit challenging to find from the freeway after dark, although we navigated to it without any major issues.

The room was very basic and clean. The first hotel in years that didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot in room.
Hotel itself is very out of the way, room smelled musty, and took forever to cool down.

The location is great for a through-traveller. Very close to the highway, but there is a nice shopping center walking distance from the hotel that has some great dinner options (Mongo's Mongolian BBQ!)

We paid nearly $200 for one night in St. Cloud. We did it because our wedding party booked here, but overpriced for the location and quality of breakfast in my opinion.

No hot tub. No blankets and pillows for the pullout sofa.

only thing I was a little frustrated by was there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. me and my boyfriend took some leftover to the room to eat but couldn’t heat them up and once we found that we couldn’t keep the food because there wasn’t a refrigerator to put it in so we had to throw away the rest of our meal

The location was great.
When I booked my room, I was told we’d have a fridge, microwave, and check in was at 3pm. Our room lacked these amenities and was small for the price we paid. I thought we were getting a suite. I received an email the day before stating check in was at 4 pm. When I checked out I was unable to get a printed receipt since I booked 3rd party, but I called the Hampton 800 number.

the pool and hot tub were closed and very disappointing due to a kids volleyball tournament in the vicinity. that was the reason for our stay. still paid full price. paint shipping off walls and door. shower head broken

unclean and an incident went down with unruly people in other rooms in our hall and after multiple complaints to the front desk, they finally called the police after 5 hours and me telling them if they weren’t going to call them, I was.
