Nothing, everything was great!

The convenience to shopping restaurants, convenience stores, gas, and groceries. This hotel is in a nice location with ease of parking and entering the building in multiple spots for convenience to location of room. The business center is a plus, the large variety at the continental breakfast with excellent staff maintaining it, the comfort of the room, we had one of the sweets which we loved, and also just in general the quietness of the hotel you really didn’t hear a lot of other people in their rooms, etc. like you do and other hotels

The pool temperature was a little cool

I love the location of this hotel and have been staying here for years. I have met up with a dear friend each year to catch up and shop.

This last stay another guest choose to smoke pot all weekend. I called front desk right away as several other guests did. I continued confronting the staff all weekend asking what they were going to do about it. They assured me that they would resolve the problem. Nothing was done until I was walking to front desk to drop my keys off, finally the police were called and saw them going to a room! what a disappointment that they weren’t kicked out at the very least for not following the NO SMOKING policy!!!

it was nice to have the number of beds we needed for our stay!

the couch had puke all over the inside… like no one bothered to clean it up. we couldn’t sleep or sit on it.

Clean, easy access, good value, friendly staff.

I liked the polite staff and the breakfast

The pool only being open until ten. And the bathroom being so little this time. I enjoyed the full bigger bathroom with toilet shower and sink all I. One room.

It was the typical continental breakfast, enough to get you going for the day.

I guess I wish there could have been something else other than eggs every morning.

Able to check into room early, very friendly staff and a great breakfast with a large eating area.

The staff was rude, had to call multiple times to get fresh towels

We booked a “double king” room through booking.com but there was no such thing! We just got a double queen room, which is not what we thought we were paying for.
