The staff was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

KUDOS to the staff they were nice and courteous!!! The front desk area was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good, room was nice for the price...elevators were a big plus!!

The room air conditioner had a strange scent when it turned on, not a deal breaker since we travel with Lysol and Febreze.

Found a roach on our first night—not cool. The bathroom was kind of gross and there were stains on the walls throughout the room.

Hotel was in a very nice location. Able to get to restaurants and stores very easily.

Room didn't have enough room to maneuver a wheel chair easily.

This review is obviously based on value. After a very long day of driving I was ready for a hot shower and comfy bed.... and that's exactly what I got! The lady up front was excellent. I'm not sure if it was my fault or the hotels but I was booked in a single bed but needed a double. The lady at the desk (I'm afraid I forget her name) was terrific and got me a double. It even had a tub with jets which was great. I would definitely stay here again if passing through. About 10 minutes from the Space and Rocket Center as well. Oh, the breakfast was pretty tasty as well!

No complaints. Well ok, the biscuits at breakfast were cold but whatever.

I loved the store in the hotel lobby. It had what I needed and was very reasonable in price. The staff was wonderful very friendly and helpful.

Leaving. I was enjoying my vacation. Seriously I didn't care for the smell of marijuana in the hall and the doors slamming late at night did make for a not so restful night.
