Breakfast people let everything run out 1st stay they were great dif crew last weekend we had to ask for coffee milk etc no juice for grands kitchen staff was rude

The bed was so comfortable, and the room and hotel was very clean.

I loved the location and the staff was helpful.
The wi-fi was terrible. Hardly any reception in the room and no reception at all just in front of the hotel. Employees' kids had unsupervised access to the guests' rooms. The place was not cleaned properly at all and it did not have a clean and fresh smell in the lobby.

Location
The carpet was wet. I assume it was from the air conditioner. However, it had soaked a large section well beyond where the air conditioner was. Had to wear shoes in the room.

The location was nice. the size of the room was nice, it didn’t feel small like other hotels. Most of the staff was friendly which included our evening desk clerk and daytime cleaner.
We came down for breakfast but almost nothing was left and nothing was restocked. It was just before 9am. The front desk clerk was on his cell phone and the breakfast server was outside. When I asked the clerk if they were bringing out more he disappeared.

We absolutely loved everything from the breakfast to the location.We loved the heated pool.Room was very clean bed was really comfortable the shower was great big bathroom location was great because the hotel is so close to different restaurants & a couple of strip malls including a Skechers Store& a Burke's Outlet Restaurants close by Rosie's Mexican Cantina Logan's Roadhouse IHOP Buffet 88 Phil Sandoval's Mexican Restaurant Burger King Smoothie King Toyko Japanese Restaurant The Rice Box etc . & there's also two gas stations close by the closest one was Circle K their hot foods is very good & tasty & they accept EBT it was the perfect location & I would definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends & I would even recommend this hotel to a total stranger..
