I was stuck in the elevator and the staff didn’t acknowledge it or offer any compensation. Breakfast was sub par, carpet was dirty

We loved how clean it was, how convenient the area was and how friendly everyone was!

The elevator was down. But the manager apologized multiple times and made sure to find us a room close so we didn’t have a big amount of stairs. It’s since then been fixed so still nothing to complain about!

It was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The front desk staff was very courteous & helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and supplied.. It was nice to have complimentary water available in the lobby.

I think there should be a rail near the hot tub to help people step in & out of the tub. Plus I do not think the hot tub jets were working last night ??

The short front desk guy was not welcoming upon arrival. Other employees had poor hospitality skills and my housekeeper trash my EXPENSIVE retainer left behind in the bathroom on top of the sink. I called the property the next day & several times after for help. They were not helpful, just rude every time about my concerns for my belongings. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone.

It was clean, close to everything

very loud, could hear pretty much everything going on in the hallway and other rooms.

The staff was very rude to us. The first night was okay. The next morning my mom and children went down for breakfast and no one said anything. After breakfast my children went down to the pool and the male manager ask my nephew which is a child how many people are in the room. My nephew was honest and said 7 the manager started yelling at him it's not suppose to be that many people in the rooms. My nephew called and told me so I went down to speak with them and told them I was sorry for the misunderstanding and I did not realize I did not put the correct number on the booking site and I would cover the charge if any. He said we only allow 4 people in the room. I apologized again and he said it was fine he would just charge me for the extra people so I gave him the ages of every one and he charged me $47 . He walked me to the pool and we looked at the children and the sign says 16 and older so I told him my nephew is 16 and in charge of watching the other two who do know how to swim and we know if something happens they are not reliable. Nothing else was said that day. The next morning we woke up and we down for breakfast and the female manager was giving us this stank look and evil eye and then said Happy New Year. She followed us around the breakfast area. We went back to the room to get ready for checkout and about 11:05 the manager started calling asking if we were staying again or checking bout I said we are checking out. So I sent my daughter down to get a cart to put our items on. My daughter came back w the cart. It took us about 10 or 15 mins to load up and head downstairs . As I was headed out the door the lady said I have to go check to make sure your child did not put a hole in the wall. I said excuse me she said yes your children was running the carts into the wall. I said well they are hard to push she said no they were playing and ramming them into the wall. So we went upstairs to check and of course nothing at all in the wall.

The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows super lumpy, holes in the bathroom walls.

Breakfast was great. Food was hot and readily available. Location was also great.

The beds were to soft for my liking.
