Nothing the whole experience was no good the night attendant has a horrible attitude and the room smelled like a diaper, everything was moist in the room and the ac didn't get cold at all.

The property was in a good location, it’s close to the highway with close by H‑E‑B and a convenient store.
The staff were nice and welcoming.
The cleaning crew needs to pay extra attention.
Extra pillows were not available.
The worst part was the breakfast experience. 15 people waiting in line for the ONE waffle maker so at least 30 minutes waiting time. The opinions are only cereals, waffles and bread.
Water and juices are available but the coffee was not good.

For 2 rooms they charged 10 dollars extra for our spouse, they surprised me, I want this 10 usd back, this is wrong and you should solve this problem as booking, the room is already written for 2 adults and they charged us 10 dollars extra. Please call the hotel and provide a refund. This was the first time this happened to us, the hotel staff was very rude. If Booking will not solve this problem, I will cancel my booking membership and inform my lawyer about this incident. They charged more than the booking fee and there was a very, very rude staff. I was surprised, I will complain to the necessary places this week. Keep your money, they charge additional costs

The cleanliness of the whole facility especially our room
Could use cosmetic touch ups neatly done to where you can not tell any work was done.

The customer service was excellent. We had to stay while awaiting our home to be ready for move in. The staff greeted is each and every time we left and came back. We felt so at home there. We enjoyed the breakfast and Texas waffles. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

We needed to stay one night somewhere not far from the center and not expensive because we just needed to have a place to sleep. So this place is fair enough.
Everything was okay but only few things made me feel a bit uncomfortable:
1) broken table lamp that was working all night (the off button was broken)
2) someone’s lubricant under the mattress

The property was very quaint and well maintained. You can smell the cleanliness the minute you walk in. The front desk clerk was professional and courteous. Every member of the staff we met was friendly. I loved the outdoor covered patio withe the porch swings and bbq pits. It was so inviting. The breakfast area was well stocked and cheery. The room was so nice and the refrigerator kept all of our drinks ice cold. The TV had a great selection of channels. The room had an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a blow dryer and a nice little selection of toiletries. My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. L

Room went great, they told us the king bed wasn’t available and they gave us two queens for the same price! Also very willing to accommodate my service animal. And gave us late check out! Wonderful place!

Clean, well lit hotel! Plenty of parking and relatively convenient to off site facilities. Bed was very comfortable.
Room door had to be lifted up or slammed to close. It was also missing an actual peephole. Hole was drilled, but stuffed with paper. Breakfast options were extremely limited. Waffles, cereal or fruit.

The building exterior very pretty with a bench for sitting. Patio area for large family gathering with eating/sitting areas and bbq pit, lite up at night. Calm, quiet area. Very clean as you first walk in. Rooms clean. 24/7 coffee with selections of creamers and sugars. Free breakfast. Had all the necessities.

As soon as we walked in , it smelled fresh and clean. The gentleman at the desk was super nice and the whole staff was nice. The location was great for what we needed, many restaurants and a HEB next to us. For the price it was a great.

It was in a great location
Person at the front desk was rude to my daughter when she called to ask for extra towels. Stated she wouldn’t get any until we brought the other ones downstairs in which I understand. However, it was the way he said it and the rudeness in his voice.

It always smelled pleasant as soon as you stepped into the lobby and elevator. I felt safe while on the property.

safe looking area, good lighting on the driveway and parking areas. Hotel entrance was clean and staff was friendly and professional. Hot coffee available 24hrs in the lobby. Room was clean and stocked, beds and pillows were comfortable. We needed an overnight place as just passing through the area and was not looking for a super fancy place to spend a few days, but this hotel is definitely one that I’d stay at if we were in the area longer.
A car owned by one of the staff consumes two spots under the overhang at the lobby. They should pull the car forward or backwards more so that a guest can park more easily while loading or unloading.
