Very nice and comfortable.
It is very close to the airports so restaurants close by are in the airport building. But just across the highway there are many places to eat.

Staff were helpful and kind. I would stay again.
Room was dirty, and looked like bed linens weren't changed. Dirty mirror and toothpaste spit on the sink handle. Room not wiped down or vacuumed. Air conditioner didn't work well. Hair all over the toilet seat.

While everthing seems expensive these days, I found Inn America near Boise Airport to be an exceptional value.

The room and hotel was fine. No complaints.
I was double charged - first when I booked the room on Jan 27, and then again on Feb 6, 2 days after my actual booking. I tried to contact the hotel thru booking.com but they did not reply. I put in a complaint with copies of my two payments thru booking.com and requested the second payment be refunded but have not seen my refund yet. It's been 3 weeks since I was last told they had submitted the request to Inn America.

The motel had a large choice of food items for breakfast. Motel is quiet even though the airport is very close to the motel.. The motel provides the tools to clean your windshield after a long trip. The staff brought an ice scraper out that helped in removing the ice and snow from the windshield.
Motel had a new television sets with controls that I did not understand. They need to provide written instructions to operate it, at least in my case.

Clean, waffle maker worked but breakfast was limited on Sunday when we left.

Location was fine. Staff was wonderful, especially Melissa, who checked us in. We arrived close to midnight after a 17-hour drive. We were exhausted and cold. Melissa was super helpful and kind. Got us into a nice room with a hot shower super quickly.
Breakfast is fine. They put out whatever they got delivered. Sometimes, items might not arrive in time or at all, but they still manage to put together a decent breakfast. The breakfast lady takes her job seriously and is nice and funny. She got a kick out of the fact that we all wore Bear slippers… Mama Bear, Papa Bear, Little Bear…
