This location is about 5 minutes from the airport! The staff was very friendly. They helped us check in early, which we appreciated a lot!!

Our room smelled of stale cigarettes and dirty laundry. There was nail polish stuck on the countertop in the bathroom as well as the bathroom floor. The toilet had streaks in it and did not stop running unless the handle was jiggled after every single flush. The shower filled with water, so you were standing in an inch of water when showering. The cover that went over the AC controls was broken off and in the middle of the room upon entering. The room key pamphlet that I was given actually contained a squished bug as well! For $140 a night, I definitely expected better quality. I would not want to stay here again for one night let alone an extended stay. I will likely not rebook with all of these issues.

Room was clean. In order to make a cup of coffee, I would have needed to get a coffee maker from the front desk...which wasn't worth the trouble as I was only there for 1 night.

The hallways and stairwells smelled like dirty diapers/rotting trash. While I was still on vacation in another city, I was called 2x wanting me to leave a review of my stay. I found this to be an annoyance and a bit of harassment, as it interrupted my vacation.

Front desk was very helpful at check-in. And front desk was very helpful at check out.

When you advertise free breakfast, I thought it actually meant stuff like eggs, bacon, toast, etc. not granola bars!

Nothing!

There were “guests” laying on their cars outside smoking pot, the front door was locked, a guest unlocked the door and called for the attendant. She came out and couldn’t find my booking even with my confirmation email. The place was a sleazy dive, reeking of alcohol and I left immediately after she told me to “wait outside until your booking comes through on the front desk computer “ (??!!!)

Last time I stayed in this location it was great. The room is awesome. This time, the room we stayed in smells musty and has a damp carpet.

Hotel was close to the highway and easy access to where we were working. Food available within walking distance.

Lot's of families seemed to be "Living" there. They were loud in the morning and evening. Breakfast said it was "Continental". It was granola bars & coffee. Families were cooking meals and it caused the hotel to smell.
