Cost was cheap
The room was a little small bed was not comfortable. I was supposed to be in a accessibility room. I was on the first floor, but the bathroom was not accessible for me. I had a hard time. And elevators were out of order.

building being renovated -wife thought was abandoned building '" we can't be staying here" not as clean as we like-one night got through- breakfast was poor -muffins dry and a hard, only choked down part waffle I cooked-

They would not let my daughter check in without a physical driver’s license. She only had a copy of it on her phone. They said the manager would have to credit my credit card but I could never reach the manager

Great breakfast and continental breakfast staff. Comfortable beds
One of the beds sheets had red stains on them and brown stuff on one of the comforter or bedspread toppers, the tub was super old and rusty so they just have this glued down rectangular mat in the shower covering most of the super old tub.

Just not a very well experienced with front desk person was rude and mean and threaten me. Never going back there. Good thing they didn't take my reservation money. I can run that hotel better. You need new staff there.

Close to airport
Smelled like dirty socks and mold! They have a sign at the desk that says they won’t rent to people who live within 129 radius of the hotel! We do, so the staff had to request special permission for us to stay! They couldn’t explain why they had the policy. If that’s their policy, it should not allow people to book reservations that do!!

I liked the idea of the price but since we didn't stay and they charged me, plus no one will answer when I call I'm not sure I liked anything
We rented the room (in the same town we live in) specifically to take our autistic daughter swimming since they had an indoor pool. When we arrived there is a sign saying the pool is closed sorry for the inconvenience. I canceled my reservation on line and since there was like 6 groups waiting to check in with one associate that was going very slowi decided to leave and call to make sure they new why. No one will answer my calls or emails. They charged me for the room even though we didn't stay.
