Location was great to Softball fields for our tournament

Hotel is outdated. Lights above room dorr were broken, bathroom rusted fixtures paint peeling doors old pillows smelled dirty lots of patch work done here and there and out dated. Dreary and gloomy atmosphere

The breakfast was good

The shower curtain wasn’t changed. had what appeared to be some blue soap and mold on it. when I did ask for it to be change, they up a new one right away.

The elevator was not working while we were there and since there were 4 of us, ALL over 65, they didn't have a double bedroom on the first floor so we had to take the stairs all weekend. Other than that, it was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

The area around the location is going through road construction. The good thing is that it is located nearby an IHOP, chili's and other restaurants and stores . We went for a baseball tournament and the fields were a couple of minutes away .

The elevators were broken and had been for a couple weeks . My husband is disabled ,suffered a stroke and does not have the best mobility to his right leg or arm and had to go up and down the stairs so i can keep the two bed room we requested . Very inconvenient and a safety concern for somone with a physical disability. The room locks were hard to open with the room keys given .

It was close to where our family lives.

It was run down, nothing like pics shown on website. The outside and inside was in need of a complete overall. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were of poor quality, scratchy. The bathroom floors were dirty, there was a towel rack broken and falling out of the wall. Also, one side chair had a broken arm. The staff was friendly enough but they all looked like they just fell out of bed. The only thing decent about this hotel was the location because it was close to our family that we were visiting.

We didn't like that we could not lock the door from the inside. The fridge was extremely cold that froze our sandwiches we couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat. Also the curtains were very thin. Now this is for the supervisor. They need to train their employees better.. when checking out we asked her to charge a different card, she couldn't figure this out. And our room was charged to the wrong credit card. This was not her fault. I see this was bad training. She did her best.

Loved how welcoming it hotel was. The room was big and had all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. Also, they served a free breakfast and it was very delightful. They served more than I expected.

Unfortunately the elevator was broke had to use the stairs... we were on the 3rd floor.

Nothing It was the worst room ..it was unbalanced unclean and the tube was falling apart. And unbalanced .

the room was to have a sofa bed and nope the shower head was broke and barley any water came out and no change for the washer and dryer and no extra towels they gave us only 2

Staff was friendly and respectful

Bed was very uncomfortable. Interior of hotel very rundown and items in the room broken and falling apart. Only one ice machine working. Breakfast ended to early (9:00 am).

The doors would get stuck and not shut all the way in the restroom The light behind the bed kept cutting off and on because of the mattress
