I got a quiet night with my sweetie I was glad. The room was comfy, I liked that I got to take a bath.

The front desk help was a little rude and had an attitude, made me feel uncomfortable.

Broken doors. Broken lock . mildew in bathroom. Broken plugs ice back up in freg. Tv bluie and outdated. Phone broken the lobby had an awful order .

close to the Tacoma dome where I needed to go. also the staff was nice and had no problems with them.

it was really dirty and looked so sketchy. walls filled with random splatters and mold. the rooms look like they were broken into. just didn’t feel very safe.

Absolutely nothing.

This entire building needs to be condemned. The cleaning service is non-existent. I had to buy my own bottle of 409 and a face mask to ACTUALLY clean the room I was given. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and wouldn't you know, never heard a word. They wouldn't change my room, nor compensate me for the abysmal conditions. If there were other rooms available, literally anywhere in the area I would have left. The doors had holes in them which were half-hardheartedly patched. The floors were stained, and STICKY. We slept on top of the linens because at that point we couldn't trust the laundry was fresh or if they just made the bed for the next guests. If after reading this and you still try your hand at staying here, don't bother talking to Raj at the front desk. He smiles and collects payments, that's it. Love everything about this place! And I especially love the staff,they are so friendly. I would recommend staying at this place to anyone!

I wish we could live here but because of covid they only let people stay there 11 days and and the 12th day you have to check out for 24 hours then after the 24 hours you're allowed to check back in for another 12 days

It was clean and the staff were nice.

The room didn't look like the room they were advertising. The outlet wires were exposed next to the bed which is a fire hazard. One of the bulbs were missing in the sconces. The nonsmoking room smelled heavy of cigarettes and there was smoke damage on the walls and on the TV screen. Due to COVID-19 the response is to clean every other day which counterintuitive.
