It was a typical holiday in express. I prefer them.
The staff checking us in were not good. Very slow and had no idea what they were doing. They were irritated that the rooms were booked through booking.com and were less than helpful. I wouldn’t stay there again just because of that.

Proximity to I10 was what we were looking for.
Loud neighbors kept us up past midnight. We had a long day of driving ahead of us the next day.
Body soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I really needed some soap :(.

did not have breakfast due to inconsiderate employee.. She was to busy feeding her co-worker and conversing with the Airport Driver. I as well as a couple of other customers walked out without so much as coffee because there was none to be had due to the employee was to interested in having conversations with co-workers. This was substandard and I will never return to this Hotel again. There are two many choices in the El Paso area for me to never return again.
Employees should not be getting feed and employees should not be paying more attention to other employees and disregarding the paying customers.

The person who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. The morning breakfast was good. No complaints.
None really. Only thing I can think of was the phone didn't work. I needed extra towels but could not call.

Location and staff
The room we booked (2 queens and sofa bed) was not available as they over booked and ended up giving it away to another reservation. However they did comp us an additional room.so they made it right and we appreciated that.

Bed and beddings are comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. The fridge and microwave are good additions too, as well as the breakfast buffet.
No security and no security box in room.

Bed mattress was comfortable, nice microwave and nice size refrigerator. The shower water was warm and strong. The manager on duty was very helpful and polite.
The rooms were dusty, everywhere. We had to change room twice due to dusty, smelly and dirty bed sheets. There were no exhausted fans in the bathroom. The desk chair cover was completely torn.

dirty socks left in the room, no coffee cups in the room, surly bad attitude receptionist- definitely my worst stay at a HIE. if it happens again I will find another hotel to give my business to.
