No apareció una habitación en el sistema y no me quisieron reemblosar el costo, me dijeron que era problema de booking.

The desk clerk was very friendly and tried to accommodate us with a “quiet” room, which she did.

The housekeeping was definitely lacking. There was dog poop in the hallway. the floor in our room… Well, let’s just say I wore slippers every step of the way. One of the bedside lamps was not working order. There are no grab bars in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and had nice clean linens.

Quite OK 1-night (budget) stay. No problems. As expected, all fine.

In case it matters to anyone else, appearance (basic clothing style) of reception staff MATTERS to me. Wearing a hood-top sweater looks soso. It is true it was winter (Dec 26), but still.

SIZE OF THE PREMIUM ROOM WAS NICE. BUT THE FLOOR NEEDED SWEEPING. BUT THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY.

We were in El Paso for a funeral service, so it was a quick overnight trip. The price was right and the reviews were positive. It fit our needs for a quick trip. We were able to park near the door to our unit.

The first room we were given had water on the floor, not sure if it was from the A/C unit or just mopped. We were given another room and it was fine, fairly small, smaller than photos indicate. The location felt relatively safe, but there is a strip club located directly adjacent to the property.

Everything was perfect

Easy enough to get to. Close to chipotle and eateries.

Bathroom in lobby was kind of gross, overall a little pricy for what it was. Ive been staying at hotels/motels for my long drive across the country and usually $80-100 gets a nicer stay. This was the least bang for my buck in all my stays so to speak.

The nonsmoking room smelled of cigarettes and urine. Pulled the curtain to take my shower, and old face towels fell off the curtain rod. Even found a mysterious pill in the corner of the bathroom. Room not cleaned properly.

It was quiet, clean, and comfortable after an 18 hour drive it was very pleasant

Can't complain about anything staff was very attentive
