Pool was not well maintained and there were no towels in the room we stayed in

Clean and convenient

We reserved a king room with a sofa bed. After check-in and getting to our room, it was a double Queen room. When we returned to the desk to explain that we were given the wrong room, we were told the hotel had overbooked king rooms and ours got changed to a double Queen. We were NOT notified of this at check-in 5 minutes earlier by the same desk clerk. She was told there was nothing she could do about it, and it was a non-refundable room. The double Queen rooms are significantly smaller regarding floor space making it more difficult to move around in.

The furniture was very dirty and the facility could use a good cleaning. Lots of trash around outside.

Management needs to step up with the quality and repair!!The bathroom ceiling above shower had obvious bad plaster patch job. Mold was on popcorn ceiling. And in walls above sink. Get rid of the popcorn ceiling and get fans in your bathroom to get rid of the mold; Clean your tub drains! There were dead fungus gnats in tub every day. Clearly a health issue and not up to Hilton or Hampton inn standards. Carpet needs cleaning too Room 317

The breakfast was average but totally convenient.

The cleaning staff was rude and banged on our door early in the morning.
