On Saturday most of the breakfast food was gone by 9:00a.m..

The alarm clock didn't work. The staff couldn't find another one. Was offered a wake up call, I accepted. the call never happened. The pool was out of towels by 10:00 p.m..

We killed 4 spiders and two other creepy crawlers in our room. The facility was full, so we could not be moved. Hard to relax when a spider may be crawling on you in the night.

Nothing!! I would rate this hotel as a NO star hotel!

I don't think I have ever seen a Hampton Inn this disgusting! It was filthy!! Step out of the shower and look at the bottom of the bath mat and it was black. All carpets were stained and extremely dirty. The whole hotel was truly filthy. Very shocking....

The front desk advised that housekeeping "rolled" 8 rooms to be cleaned the next day so there weren't any clean rooms for us when we got there to check in. I had a reservation and confirmation of my stay so it wasn't a surprise. She found a room next door at the Fairfield but it was almost $20.00 more per night. I'm VERY disappointed in this Hampton Inn experience.

The Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and sweet.

Great location, good price. The room was relatively nice inside. Staff was friendly.

The hallways and lobby look like a cheap motel. Really poor shape. Definitely not what you expect from a “Hilton” hotel, despite the price. Bed wasn’t great.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like a respected guest.

The standard of cleanliness in the room was unsatisfactory. Upon entering the room, there was a notable stagnate odor that never dissipated. The white comforter on the bed was stained. There were "many" dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture. One of the pictures on the wall was smeared with "something" previously sprayed on it. The bathroom tile floor appeared dirty where the caulk met the tub. The shower/tub, while probably clean, appeared in need of a refresh.
