Nun bad just need a hot tub

Breakfast could have been better. Cheerios sale. One morning eggs weren’t done. Hey but coffee was great.

Rooms were dirty Carpet needs replaced, stained Bathroom faucet had horrible pressure In the shower tub combination was rusty the handicap handrails weren’t attach to the wall. Shower curtain was dirty and too long for the term wouldn’t stay closed.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Quiet area to sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Needs a hair dryer in the room.

The value was fair. The location was centralized. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. House keeping did a good job.

I have stayed at the comfort inn and suites in Springfield multiple times and was hoping this one would be the same. The air conditioning didn't work very well, luckily it was early May and not real hot outside. I stayed 4 nights, the breakfast was the same everyday and not real good nor replenished when empty, and this was 7am. I am not expecting anything amazing at all but this was well below the Springfield franchise. The tub/shower was stained, (not dirty) but needed work. Maybe just minor complaints but enough to where the next work trip to Decatur will probably have me exploring another chain.

I killed about 15 small black ants that keep coming up on the desk in the room. On a previous stay, I had to kill 3 flies and that was in the middle of the winter. Floor around the edges and corners needed a good vacuuming. Bathtub was kinda nasty looking.
